General conditions to submit your presentation

  • Contributions to the III International Congress of Work Psychology and Human Resources could be: Symposia, Round Tables, Oral Comunicaciones, Posters
  •  The maximum number of speakers/participants of any contribution is 6
  • At least 1 author of any contribution must be registered on the Congress before 1st March 2020 to include the presentation in the program
  • The Scientific Committee will decide on the date, time and place for all presentations

Guidelines to submit your abstract

SYMPOSIA
– Symposia will be submitted only through the submission form below
– A Symposium is a multi-presenter session about the same topic, which provides reports of empirical research, innovative practice, and/or theorical advances
– The Symposium will have a Moderator and 3 to 5 Speakers. It could include a final debate between speakers if desired
– The person submitting the Symposium proposal will be the Moderator
– The Moderator should submit an integrated summary of the Symposium (title, speakers’ names, etc) and abstracts of all Symposium presentions, specifying the title, authors’ name and affiliation for each Speakers well as state of the art, design, results and discussion
– A Symposium will be 60 to 90 minutes long (depending on the number of speakers and the decision of the program committee). Sufficient time should be allotted for audience participation
ROUND TABLES
– Round Tables would only be submitted through the submission form below
– A Round Table is a multi-presenter session about the same topic preferably from a professional/applied perspective
– The Round Table will have a Moderator and 3 to 5 Speakers. It could include a final debate between speakers if desired
– The person submitting the Round Table proposal will be the Moderator
– The Moderator should submit an integrated summary of the Round Table and abstracts of all presentations, specifying the title, authors’ names and affiliation for each speaker
– A Round Table will be 60 to 90 minutes long (depending on the number of speakers and the decision of the program committee). Sufficient time should be allotted for audience participation
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
– Oral Communications could be submitted addressing any of the Congress topics. Authors would indicate the main topic addressed from the list of Congress topics
– Oral presentations will relate to innovative research or practice projects
– Each presentation will last 15 minutes, including time for questions and debate
– Individual oral presentations will be grouped by the program committee into coherent sessions. One or two paticipants will be asked to moderate the session
– Congress organisers could decide to move oral presentions to posters depending on the availability of congress sessions or thematic purposes
– Abstracts should include title, names and affiliation of each author (maximum of 6) as well as purpose, design, results, limitations, implications and value
POSTERS
– Posters are short research or innovative practice printed presentations displayed on large boards
– The size of each poster should be: 1,50m height x 0,90m width (portrait format)
– Individual posters will be clustered in poster sessions by the Scientific Committee
– Poster sessions will be 60 to 90 minutes long
– At each poster session, many authors simultaneously present their posters and the audience circulates and stops to discuss posters of particular interest
– Presenters of the posters are kindly asked to bring handouts of their poster to the session for interested visitors
– Abstracts should include title, names and affiliation of each author (maximum of 6) as well as purpose, design, results, limitations, implications and value
